We're Moving!

On November 17, 2017 the Province of British Columbia announced an exciting investment in the arts. One that impacts both current and future generations of young people in this province.

Through the generosity of the Province, Arts Umbrella has the unprecedented opportunity to make the South Building of former Emily Carr University of Art + Design campus on Granville Island our new home!

This investment will allow us to begin planning a major renovation and renewal project that will repurpose this iconic building. It will also allow the organization to significantly increase the number of young people we serve throughout Metro Vancouver through the highest quality arts education in dance, theatre & music, and visual, applied, and media arts.
