Lucille’s passion and commitment to education and the arts are defining Arts Umbrella qualities. Her vision and leadership are the engines that drive Arts Umbrella forward.

Under Lucille’s strategic plan, Arts Umbrella has expanded its mission of providing accessible, quality arts education to children in their own communities and opened two permanent facilities in South Surrey and Surrey Centre as well as grown offsite programing to include South Vancouver and the North Shore. She has also overseen the development and growth of Arts Umbrella’s bursary program, which assists families in overcoming financial barriers to providing arts education to their children.
