Jonathan is an illustrator and documentary photographer based in Vancouver. With specializations in film photography, representational painting, and digital illustration, his work explores themes of sentimentality and adventure. He holds a BFA in film production from Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts, and has expanded his practice at Emily Carr, the Toronto School of Art, and Seneca College’s School of Creative Arts & Animation. He began teaching in 2007, and since has enjoyed helping people to explore new mediums and strengthen their creative voice.
