Katrina started her working journey in customer service from being a call center Assistant Team Lead at an online eyewear company to recently working at a sports & live entertainment group as an HR Specialist. With over 10 years in customer service and 5 years within the human resources field, she cannot wait to see what her new adventure will bring! Katrina also has her Bachelor's degree in Communication from Simon Fraser University, and is currently attaining her HR Management certificate as well - her goal is to get her CPHR designation in the near future! Katrina loves being busy by divulging in many different areas of interest, but her most favorite activities she finds herself always going back to is playing volleyball, attending concerts, dancing, spending time with family and friends, yoga, meditation, and her most favorite pastime of all, sketching and painting.

Katrina is excited to join the Arts Umbrella community and to show what she can bring to the organization.
