Sarah Hoemberg has been an instructor at Arts Umbrella for 10 years, where she has taught in many disciplines including drawing and painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography and digital arts. Sarah graduated with a degree in visual arts from Emily Carr university in 2008, where she mainly focused on abstract oil painting but experimented with many mediums including collage, printmaking, sculpture and photography. In addition to the visual arts, she is passionate about food culture and cooking and has recently started her own blog where she shares recipes she has written.
