Arts Umbrella will not be renewing its lease at its South Surrey location, The Shops at Morgan Crossing. Over the past 12 years, Arts Umbrella has had the great privilege of serving the South Surrey community, but as a non-profit organization faced with substantial lease rates and increases in operational costs, it is no longer financially viable for the organization to continue operating at this location.  Arts Umbrella does, however, remain committed to Surrey and looks forward to expanding program offerings at their Surrey Centre location which Concord Pacific generously supports. This decision in no way affects the many community programs that Arts Umbrella offers free of charge at partner locations or on-site at Arts Umbrella Surrey Centre.

Arts Umbrella acknowledges the extraordinary staff at the South Surrey location for their service to the young people in this vibrant community and expresses its deepest gratitude to the many families who have embraced Arts Umbrella South Surrey over the last 12 years.

Arts Umbrella South Surrey will remain fully open for business at The Shops at Morgan Crossing until May 19, 2024.
